Luminous Labs<\/strong><\/a> is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Daffodil International University (DIU)<\/strong><\/a>, in association with the university’s Career Development Center (CDC)<\/strong><\/a> and Department of Software Engineering<\/strong><\/a>. The agreement marks a strategic step in our continued commitment to nurturing the next generation of software professionals in Bangladesh and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representing Luminous Labs at the signing were Md. Ashav Noman Mahin<\/strong><\/a>, Technical Project Manager, and Md. Asrafuzzaman<\/strong><\/a>, Sr. Software Engineer. Daffodil International University was represented by Dr. Md. Fazla Elahe<\/strong><\/a>, Assistant Professor & Associate Head; Mr. Sheikh Tonmoy<\/strong><\/a>, Assistant Director, Career Development Center (CDC); Mr. Izaz Ahmmed Tuhin<\/strong><\/a>, Lecturer; and Md. Hasanuzzaman<\/strong><\/a>, Administrative Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since our founding in October 2017, Luminous Labs has grown into a trusted technology partner with a global footprint extending from Dhaka to Los Angeles, delivering over 340 projects for more than 210 clients worldwide. Throughout this journey, one truth has remained constant: the strength of our industry depends on the strength of the talent entering it. This partnership with DIU reflects our belief that meaningful collaboration between industry and academia is essential to building a resilient, innovative, and globally competitive tech workforce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this MOU, we are committing to work hand-in-hand with DIU across four strategic pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Talent Pipeline:<\/strong> We will offer structured internship and training programs, participate in on-campus recruitment drives and career fairs, and share hiring opportunities through DIU’s official communication channels. Preference will be given, where appropriate, to DIU graduates for employment at Luminous Labs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Research & Development:<\/strong> We will collaborate on joint research initiatives in areas of mutual interest, including software engineering, AI\/ML, cybersecurity, and web technologies, with mutual access to facilities and resources subject to confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Knowledge Development:<\/strong> We will support curriculum enrichment, jointly conduct specialized courses and certificate programs, and host workshops, seminars, and faculty development initiatives to keep academic learning aligned with industry practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Engagement to Inspire:<\/strong> Our leaders and engineers will engage directly with students through “Meet the Leader” sessions, guest lectures, hackathons, quizzes, and challenges designed to inspire curiosity and innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Supporting the Department of Software Engineering<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    We are particularly excited about our collaboration with the Department of Software Engineering at DIU. Our teams will contribute industry-aligned insights to curriculum design, support technical workshops and hackathons in domains such as web and mobile development, cybersecurity, and modern software engineering practices, and partner on domain-specific research across Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, and Cyber Security. We will also support faculty development programs to ensure that classroom instruction stays closely connected to the realities of today’s technology industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
